Chef Dooley has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. His first restaurant experience was in his parent’s Deli and Bakery. The experience of preparing food for others at a young age played a significant role in developing the passion he has for the culinary arts.
Chef Dooley has put in the time at restaurants from Washington DC to Atlanta honing the skills that have made him one of the most desired chefs in the Atlanta area.
He has extensive experience in designing and customizing menus that bring the vision of each event to life. It's more than an event to Chef Dooley, it's an experience. So, whether it’s providing meals on the go or creating works of art for a full service catered event, Chef Dooley is able to serve the needs and tastes of any client, exceeding all expectations.
JAN SHABAZZ
Along with being the company's name sake Jan is the master planner. Jan is prepared to partner with your event coordinator to ensure that you and/or your organization has a catering experience that will leave you excited to see us again. If you do not have a coordinator Jan is extremely excited to handle the details of your event for you.
Jan provides exceptional customer service that in conjunction with Chef Dooley’s skills will leave your guests, friends or colleagues reminiscing about your event for years.
From start to finish, Jan’s goal is to create a memorable event and just as importantly, to make your job easier.
AnTONY WARREN
Tony is responsible for sales and marketing. He has over 25 years of experience in management, business development, strategic planning, revenue expansion, people relations, relationship management as well as problem analysis and solving.
While helping to build a multi-million dollar family business based in Seattle, Washington, Tony displayed a great array of interpersonal and communication skills.
Tony’s value to Regarding Jan’s is highlighted by his ability to build and maintain healthy relationships while interfacing confidently with people of diverse levels and backgrounds.
